Day 4 - October 5

I haven't had a carb or meat in 4 days! When say carb I mean bread of any kind. Even grain for that matter. I'm ok with it, at least that's what I tell myself to sleep at night. Hahah I've since told loved ones and coworkers to steer clear just incase I snap. HA I see the light at the end of the 8 day tunnel therefore I'm sticking to it. Switching out flour tortilla shells for lettuce wraps. Olive Oil for Coconut Oil. Ohhhh and the meal prepping. Honestly I realize that is key to keep on the straight and narrow. God give me strength to not eat the pizza delivered to work. lol
