Day 5 - October 6

Third training session in and I'm dying. In a good way. If that even exists. Pushed to my limits in one hours time with Brady. Bless his soul but he is a slave driver. I stop the treadmill early and he starts it again. I collopase while planking and he tells me to do it again from the start. Mind over matter is the trick. Something I'm learning. Something I'm trying to understand. Something I'm trying to overcome. A relief to know I have the weekend to do my "homework". Cardio homework. Any kind of homework is never fun but needs to be done.
