Rock N' Roll Hall Of Fame Apologizes To Cleveland For Excessive Noise

Keep it down over there!

This isn't even a matter of rockin' out too loud...more like accidently rocking out at the wrong time.

On Tuesday, the Hall of Fame had speakers set up around Cleveland to honor their rock and roll history...but the speakers apparently malfunctioned at night. The 'Rock Boxes' ended up blasting a 10-song playlist of former Hall of Famers on loop from about 1a-5a.

TONS of people complained, locals, people staying in nearby hotels and the police were called several times.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame issued an apology to the people of Cleveland:

"The Rock Hall's Rock Boxes wanted to rock and roll all night but they'll have to party all day instead. We've identified and fixed the issues and the Boxed are back to operating strictly during the day."
