Mariah Carey Feels ‘Uplifted’ After Opening Up About Mental Health
Mariah Carey said she feels “uplifted” and “inspired” in an Instagram post Saturday – days after she opened up about her battle with bipolar disorder.
The pop superstar claimed she feels grateful for the support she’s received from fans since sharing the news.
"I've been hard at work, feeling inspired by each of your stories and uplifted by your overwhelming support," she captioned the behind-the-scenes post. "Let's continue to encourage each other on our journeys.”
Carey is currently back in the studio, working on the follow up album to 2014’s Me. I Am Mariah... The Elusive Chanteuse.
