Rainfall amounts of 20 to 30 mm possible starting Tuesday.

A Colorado Low pressure system is expected to impact portions of southern Ontario Tuesday and ending Wednesday. The precipitation will start off as light rain or mixed with snow in the mid morning. Current guidance suggests that most of the rain will fall during the night with total rainfall amounts of 20 to 30 mm.

This amount of rain combined with the frozen ground could create localized flooding in poorly drained and low lying areas.

However, at this time the exact forecast track of this low pressure system is still in question.
