Entrepreneur Awards Handed Out Yesterday
Brockville recognized it's very best in local entrepreneurs yesterday.
Owners of the Spitfire Cafe Nathalie Lavernge and Amund Christensen took home the award for Entrepreneur of the Year due to their work with their Victoria Ave cafe and dedication to new events like the the Red Hot and Blue Rockabilly weekend in September.
Owner of KindaElectronics Ahmad Khadra won the 2nd annual Immigrant Entrepreneur of the year.
While the first ever young entrepreneur was presented to Rylan Schwarze of Rynestone Magic.
The awards were presented yesterday afternoon by the Leeds and Grenville Small Business Enterprise Centre at Brockville's Country Club.
