Hartman Out On Bail In Sexomnia Case

The man at the centre of the Sexomnia case is back out on bail.

Ryan Hartman is appealing his sentance, set down just last month. He's been convicted twice for sexually assaulting Bekah D’Aoust at a house party eight years ago.

He recieved a 12 month sentance during the trial, but is appealing on another Jordan application, saying his latest appeal trial took too long. The justice in the case says that was due to delays made by Hartmans own team.

Hartman maintains he was asleep at the time of the assault, a defence called 'Sexomnia.'
