Police Make Another Arrest After Gang-Related Items Found In Home

Police say they continue to search for three people facing weapons and drug charges after a raid on a house last month that turned up gang-related items.

The raid took place on a house at 21 Sevenoaks Ave on September 27, 2018.

Police report finding guns and other weapons, drugs, and outlaw gang related clothing during the raid, including vests belonging to “Dead Eyes MC” which police describe as “a support club to the Outlaws Motorcycle Club.”

Three people have been arrested, including Allan Michael Neal who is facing nine charges including weapons possession and possession of a controlled substance.

The 24-year-old from Brockville turned himself over to Kingston police on Friday.

Police currently have warrants out for Joshua Leonardo Dominguez, 36 years from Ottawa; as well as two women from Brockville, 18-year-old Brooklyn Ann Lachapelle, and 25-year-old Sarah Melissa Buttle.

Police say the raid was performed with the help of Kingston police and the OPP’s Biker Enforcement Unit.
