Several Case of Vandalism and Mischief Hit Parks in Elizabethtown Kitley

While Brockville has had a problem with a tire slashing spree, Elizabethtown-Kitley is dealing with a more serious case of vandalism at several of it's parks.

Five parks have been repeatedly damaged from various types of mischief since the beginning of Spring.

The worst was seen at Clifford E Park where rocks were used to smash windows out of several buildings. To make matters worse someone then took some of the shattered glass and placed it under a nearby play structure.

Off road vehicle damage and several garbage dumps have been noted at Rows Corners and the Mac Johnson Wildlife Centre.

There were also reports of someone starting a bon fire right in the middle of the lawn at the Blaine Healey Ball Park.
