Volunteer Centre Providing Free Tax Return Help For Low Income Earners
The Volunteer Centre of St. Lawrence-Rideau is once again assisting low income earners with Income Tax Preparation.
Starting today (February 21st) residents can head to the Chipman Centre in Brockville from 9am to 1pm to receive this free service.
This is for individuals that make $30,000/year or less and couples who make $40,000/year or less.
No appointment is nessecary and the service will run until May 1st.
Taxes will be completed by a volunteer registered with the CRA.
