Ed Clark to step down as Chair of LCBO

Ed Clark will be stepping down from his role as Chair of the LCBO.

In a statement, Ontario Finance Minister Vic Fedeli said that after discussions with Clark, both agreed for Clark to step down on August 30th. 

Fedeli thanked Clark for helping with the transition of leadership within the LCBO. 

Clark is the former CEO of TD Bank from 2002 to 2014 before accepting a role as a business advisor to the Ontario Liberal government in 2015. 

He was appointed by former Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne back in January.
