Orleans man charged with child pornography offenses
Ottawa Police say a man from Orleans has been laid with several child pornography charges.
They say they received a tip last August from the National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre that an Orleans IP address had been uploading of images and videos of child pornography.
Twenty-three-year-old Kyle Joy was arrested and charged yesterday by the Ottawa Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit.
He's been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography, two counts of making it available, and one count of written child pronography.
Joy is expected to appear in court Saturday.
