Ottawa man accused of sexual assault against young boys
A 37-year-old Ottawa man is facing half a dozen sex charges, among others, after a teen boy had reported he had been inappropriately touched.
Police say they were contacted about the report in January and began an investigation.
During their investigation, the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit found two more alleged victims - both young boys.
Phillip Herbert is facing three counts each of sexual assault and sexual interference, along with four counts of uttering threats and one count of mischief to property. His next court appearance is scheduled for March 21.
Sexual Assault and Child Abuse investigators are concerned there could be other victims.
