18 new criminal impaired driving offences in Niagara
Niagara police have charged 18 people, ranging in age from 19 to 54 with impaired driving by alcohol or drugs.
The charges were laid between April 29 to May 12.
In addition to being charged, their licences were supected for 90 days.
The following people have been charged criminally with impaired driving by alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 mgs or above of alcohol in 100 ml of blood, or refusing to provide a breath / blood sample.
