Another Niagara municipality debates a pesky problem
St. Catharines city council sounding the alarm about an increasing rodent problem.
Several councillors saying they have been receiving calls from concerned residents who despite laying bait and setting traps can't seem to get rid of the rats invading their properties.
Tonight, Niagara Falls council will vote on a proposal to offer residents who hire an exterminator to lay bait in their yards a rebate.
