Canadian Olympian shuts down social media accounts after receiving death threats
After receiving hundreds of angry Twitter messages and even death threats, Canada's Olympic bronze medalist Kim Boutin has shut down her social media accounts.
Boutin won bronze yesterday in the 500 metre short track speedskating race.
But the win was controversial, she was moved up from fourth place to third after a South Korean skater was disqualified for bumping Boutin during the race.
The RCMP, IOC and Speed Skating Canada are investigating.
Some people can't seem to get excited for this year's Olympic hockey, but for others, it's a chance for the little guys to shine.
