CFL meetings start today in Niagara Falls

Members of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Football League's Player's Association will be in Niagara Falls starting today for a five day conference.

Representatives from all the CFL teams, league staff and alumni will be meeting at the Fallsview Casino Resort.

This marks the first time in 10 years the meeting has not been held in Las Vegas.

Sure to be up for discussion, plans for a Halifax expansion team.

The head of the CFL, Commissioner Randy Ambrosie confirming two days ago plans to put a football franchise in the Nova Scotia city.
