Champs-Elysees reopens after terror attack on police
Paris' iconic Champs-Elysees boulevard has reopened and picked up its usual morning routine after a gunman opened fire on police, killing one officer and wounding three people before police shot and killed him.
Police have detained three members of the suspected gunman's family and are questioning them.
The prosecutors' office stressed that questioning family members is routine, as investigators determine whether the gunman was acting alone and where he got his weapons.
The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility.
