City of St. Catharines lifts S'No Parking
The city of St. Catharines has lifted S'No Parking.
S'No Parking went into effect on Monday when the winter storm was on its way to Niagara.
It's a program asking residents not to park on the street so that ploughs can get through.
S'No Parking goes into effect when Environment Canada calls for minimum 10cm of snow to fall within 24 hours.
Over the course of the storm this week, some parts of Niagara were hit with up to 45cm of snow.
