Conditions worsening for rescue efforts in Thailand

The situation is getting even more dire for a soccer team trapped in a flooded cave in Thailand.

The commander of Thailand's Navy SEALS says weather conditions could be worsening, and there are concerns about lowered levels of oxygen in the underground cave where the 12 boys and their coach are perching.

The rescue operation has also suffered its first fatality as a former Navy SEAL passed out while diving and was unable to be revived.
