Crown wants Niagara woman declared a dangerous offender
The Crown Attorney wants a Niagara woman, who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting her four year old daughter and offering the child to men for sex, declared a dangerous offender.
The designation means she could be jailed indefinitely.
Lawyers were in a St. Catharines court last week where the Hamilton Spec reports court heard the woman told a psychiatrist she would likely repeat her sexual behaviour if she had another child.
The 34 year old woman who cannot be named in order to protect her victim, pleaded guilty in January of last year, to 17 sex related charges including sexual assault with a weapon and making child porn.
Larry talks to the Brock student about her experience.
