Day one of provincial election campaign

They are hitting the ground running, as today marks the official start to the June 7th provincial election.

Lt. Governor Elizabeth Dowdeswell signed the official proclamation yesterday dissolving Ontario's 41st Parliament.

All of the party leaders begin their day in Toronto, where each will officially launch their campaigns.

Liberal Leader Kathleen Wynne heads to Ottawa for an evening rally, and PC Leader Doug Ford is off to eastern Ontario.

NDP Leader Andrea Horwath will spend the day in the GTA and Green Paryy leader Mike Schreiner heads to Guelph this evening to open his campaign office
