Decision expected around 5pm in voting extension for PC leadership

Arguments in a hearing to have the voting period extended for the PC leadership race extended have wrapped up. 

The judge in the case says he hopes to have his decision ready around 5:00 p.m. today. 

Lawyer Jeffrey Radnoff, who represents a disenfranchised member of the party, asked for an injunction to prolong the race.
Radnoff says his client and other members who have not been able to vote just want to be part of the party's democratic process.
Gina Brannan, a lawyer for the Progressive Conservative party,argued the  case should not be heard by the court because the internal complaints process has not been exhausted.
Four candidates  Christine Elliott, Caroline Mulroney,  Doug Ford,  Tanya Granic Allen are vying to seize the reigns of Ontario's Tories 
A winner is currently set to be announced on Saturday.
