Detectives make an arrest following rash of thefts from vehicles in Niagara Falls

A Niagara Falls woman is facing charges after a series of thefts from vehicles in the Lundy's Lane area of the  Falls.

Police started an investigation in early February after several thefts were reported.

On Thursday, police arrested a 30-year-old woman from  Niagara Falls.

Stephanie Simon is charged with two counts of theft from motor vehicle under $5000 and two counts of breach of probation
Simon  will be in court to answer to the charges at a later date.
