Drunk driver sentenced to 5 years behind bars
A mother of four, who pleaded guilty to impaired driving causing death, will spend the next five years behind bars.
A judge in St. Catharines handing down the sentence yesterday against 33 year old Kimberly Servos.
Servos was charged after a car ran a stop sign on February 24th of last year, and t-boned an Uber car at the corner of Taylor and Mountain Roads in Niagara Falls.
The Uber was filled with a group of friends out for the night.
The crash claimed the life of 23 year old Jessica Edwards
