Easter food drive in Niagara Falls

Volunteers from a group of churches in Niagara Falls will fan out this weekend, dropping off Project Share donation bags to 33 thousand homes.

It's the 15th annual Easter food drive to help the food bank help those in need who are struggling to make ends meet.

Members from the eight churches will reconvene next Easter weekend and pick up the filled bags left out at the front of homes.,

Project Share noting this is the only city wide drive they participate in every year and it's vital in helping them stock their shelves.
