Family of senior beaten at long term care homes sues
The family of a man who died months after being beaten by another senior at a Dundas long term care facility has launched a $9 million lawsuit.
86 year old James Acker suffered severe injuries in the attack at St. Joseph's Villa by a fellow resident in January of last year.
He died in hospital last April.
