Fredericton Pride Parade goes ahead after deadly shooting

A community in mourning will take a moment to celebrate this afternoon as the Fredericton Pride Parade goes ahead as planned.

On Friday morning the community was shocked as a shooter opened fire in a quiet neighbourhood, killing four people:

Police have charged a 48 year old with four counts of first degree murder.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is expected to be on hand this afternoon for the event.
