Free Willy bill up for final debate this month

An NDP MP coming to the aid of supporters of Canada's proposed Free Willy Bill, which would ban parks, from keeping whales and dolphins in captivity.

Humane Canada, an organization representing the country's federations of SPCA's tweeting out, thanks to Nathan Cullen, Bill S-203 will go up for final debate June 10th.

Cullen gave up his debate slot so the bill could be discussed in the House of Commons before MP's go on summer recess.

It's been a long road for the bill which was first introduced in the Senate in 2015.
