Friends and family will say goodbye this week to Nathan Dumas

A funeral will be held later this week for seven year old Nathan Dumas.

Family and friends are invited to Pleasantview Funeral Home on Merrittville Highway Thursday from 6 to 8 pm and Friday from 12-2 pm to say goodbye to the grade 2 student.

A celebration of life will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2 pm on Friday.

A crowdsourcing campaign has raised more than $19,000 dollars for Nathan's family who was found fatally injured in his grandparents' home on Friday.
Nathan died just a week shy of his eighth birthday.

Meantime, a Canada wide arrest warrant has been issued for the child's stepfather 43 year old Justin Kuijer who is accused of killing the young boy Friday as well as stabbing a bank employee before going on the run.
