Hamilton Police arrest a 17-year-old in possession of multiple firearms
Hamilton police received information about illegal activity in the area of Garth Street and Limeridge Road West.
Early on Friday morning, police executed a search warrant at the residence in question.
A 17-year-old man was arrested after police discovered a pump action shotgun, a replica pistol, ammunition and a prohibited weapon.
He is facing multiple charges, including unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a loaded firearm without authorization, and possession of a prohibited weapon.
He was scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
