Heat warning continues for 6th day in Niagara
Another day another heat warning for Niagara.
Today could be the hottest yet of this heat wave hitting Southern Ontario.
Temperatures are forecast to be in the mid 30's with humidex values stretching into the 40's this afternoon.
The sweltering heat and suffocating humidity that have blanketed Eastern and Central Canada have contributed to the deaths of at least 17 people in Quebec over the last few days.
A cold front is slated to move into the Niagara region tonight bringing showers and possible thunderstorms.
Temperatures tomorrow are expected to be back around 24 degrees.
