High gas prices hit Niagara before long weekend
The long weekend has almost arrived, but sadly high gas prices have already arrived.
Across most of Niagara, a litre of regular is going for $135.5.
Senior Petroleum Analyst with GasBuddy.com Dan McTeague blames higher oil prices.
He also says the Canadian dollar is weak, which raises the price of gas since gasoline is priced in American dollars.
