Human trafficking charges following investigation in Niagara Falls

Two men are facing charges following an investigation into human trafficking.

In May, a woman went to the police station in Niagara Falls to report she'd been brought to the Region for trafficking purposes. 

An investigation was launched and found the woman was transported to Niagara from Barrie and forced into the sex trade. 

43 year old Jason David Wallace of Barrie is facing a slew of charges including trafficking and advertising sexual services. 

28 year old Marcus Andrea Johnson of Toronto is also facing two charges in connection to the incident. 

Both men have been remanded in custody. 

Investigators have reason to believe there are more victims connected to these suspects, they are asking anyone with information to come forward and contact police at (905) 688-4111 Badge 9048
