Humboldt Broncos Strong Donuts now on sale at local Timmy's
Local Tim Horton's outlets are selling Humboldt Broncos Strong donuts with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the hockey club and those affected by the tragedy.
Some of those includeThe Riediger/Smith stores in Lincoln and St. Catharines which are selling the green and gold decorated donuts for $1.00.
The group's Director of Operations Mike Sheridan says its a small way to show our thoughts, our prayers our support.
Sheridan says the Riediger Group owns six restaurants, in Vineland, three in Beamsville and two in St. Catharines, one on Fourth Avenue and the other on Louth.
He adds other local Timmy's are also participating.
Tonight if you're heading to the IceDogs playoff game at the Meridian Centre you are asked to wear a jersey of your choosing as a show of support.
Tomorrow is also jersey day, so put on a jersey before you head to school or work.
