IceDogs Select 5 in Final Draft Rounds

The IceDogs rounded out a total of 13 selections with 5 in the final four rounds. A total of 300, 2001 born minor midget players were selected into the OHL in a draft that began at 9 Saturday morning.

Round 12 pick was Ben Kraws a goaltender from the Buffalo Junior Sabres. Round 13 it was Kyle Sullivan a defenceman with the Hamilton Junior Bulldogs. Drew Ferris was selected in the 14th from the Vaughn Kings. The Dogs completed the day with a pair of 15th round choices, Jarod Hurley from the Sudbury Wolves Minor Midget and St Catharines own A.J. Cook from the Niagara North Stars.

Of the 13 players selected, there was 2 goaltenders, 5 D-men and 6 forwards.
