Liberal party nominates Ottawa area MPP as interim leader

An Ottawa area MPP will be tasked with trying to make the Ontario Liberal's a viable party again.

The province's Liberal caucus throwing their support yesterday behind John Fraser as interim leader, after Kathleen Wynne resigned on election night.

Today, party executive members and the heads of local riding associations will cast their ballot in the leadership vote.

Liberal's admitting its going to be a tough go after their party won a mere 7 seats in last week's election.
