Local winery to spend $95 million on new acquisitions
A local winery is getting a whole lot bigger.
Andrew Peller Limited has announced a deal to buy three BC based wineries, Black Hills Estate, Gray Monks Estate and Tinhorn Creek Vineyards for a combined purchase price of $95 million.
Winery CEO John Peller says his grandfather started their business in the Okanagan nearly 60 years ago and they have always been inspired by the valley's promise to make wines that rival the best in the world.
Andrew Peller is a leading producer and marketer of quality wines in Canada.
It's brands include, Peller Estates, Trius, Thirty Bench, Wayne Gretzky and Sandhill.
