Liberals want you to be able to grow marijuana at home
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he understands there are questions and concerns about his government's bill to legalize recreational marijuana use.
But the government is rejecting 13 Senate amendments to its proposed law -- one that would let provinces ban home cultivation of marijuana.
Trudeau says experts have recommended Canadians be permitted to grow a small amount of pot where they live.
The bill would allow up to four marijuana plants per dwelling.
