Trump singles out Canada in trade talk jabs

Canadian government insiders say U-S President Donald Trump's recent attacks on Canadian trade practices are merely designed to instill fear ahead of NAFTA renegotiations -- adding they're not fazed.

For the second time in a week, Trump took aim at Canadian trade, calling Canada -- quote -- ``a disgrace'' for rules and regulations he claims are hurting American dairy farmers.

This came moments after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told Bloomberg News that his government has learned to anticipate conflicting messages from the White House.
