WEATHER | 7 cm of snow expected to fall by Wednesday morning

March Break 2018 will be remembered as a snowy one.

Environment Canada is predicting another 7 centimetres of snow by tomorrow morning.

Flurries will continue into this evening with 5 cm expected to fall.

Forecasters say flurries will end in the morning but not before another 2 cm falls.

Thursday looks like a nice day with a mix of sun and cloud and warmer with a high of plus 5.

Friday will be sunny, high of plus 1.

A sellout St Patty's Day Meridian Centre crowd watched Niagara record their 35th win of the season for a total of 80 points in the OHL's Eastern Conference as Johnny Corneil lead the way with a goal and two assists.

    Kirill Maksimov enjoyed a four point night while Johnny Corneil and Ben Jones each scored a pair in the IceDogs 6-3 Friday night win in Erie. With the win, Niagara has now secured home ice advantage in their first round playoff series with Oshawa.
