Long delays at the border expected this summer

There are fears we could see long lines of traffic building up on our international bridges this summer.

Hundreds of U.S. border agents are being moved to the southern border to help deal with an influx of Central American refugees.

Politicians from New York to Vermont expressing concerns the move will cause delays at the northern border and hurt tourism and trade.

U.S. Customs says a total of 731 northern agents are in the process of being sent to the Mexican border.
