Man charged after credit card fraud in St. Catharines
A man has been arrested after two businesses in the City of St. Catharines reported credit card fraud.
In September the businesses said two men came to the stores and used stolen credit card information to buy gift cards and other merchandise.
Emiko Goli of no fixed address has been charged with two counts of fraud over $5,000.
