Niagara Falls constable pleads guilty
A 28 year old Niagara regional police constable will be back in court later this month for sentencing after pleading guilty to pointing a gun at a fellow officer.
Candice Wilson was charged with pointing a firearm after an incident last February inside the radio room of the Niagara Falls police station.
Court heard she unloaded a rifle while returning it to storage, then pointed it at another officer.
A police lawyer telling court even though she was joking, had another officer walked in and misinterpreted the situation, the officer might have pulled his own weapon.
