Niagara Falls councillor subject of Integrity Commissioner investigation
There's another integrity commissioner investigation underway in Niagara Falls involving one of its city councillors.
This time the city has retained John Mascarin, who has handled a few IC investigations at the Niagara Region to investigate a complaint against Councillor Wayne Campbell.
In an email, obtained by our newsroom to council members, City Solicitor Ken Beaman comfirms an investigation is underway into whether Campbell breached the city's code of conduct.
Details of the complaint are not known but the subject line of the email indicate the complaint was made by a local citizen.
