Niagara Falls looking for citizen applicants for the NPCA board of directors
Add the the City of Niagara Falls to the list of municipalities looking for citizen applicants who would like to serve on the board of directors for the NPCA.
The city posting on their website that applications must be submitted to the clerks office by this Friday December 7th.
Council is scheduled to make their candidate recommendation at their December 11th meeting.
When the initial posting was made, the city included in their application process that Niagara Falls and the town of Fort Erie would have four appointments to the NPCA as per the Order in Council that was recently confirmed to be null and void by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP).
The City's Acting Clerk says they've since eliminated that line.
