Niagara Falls man charged with impaired driving
An attempt to walk away from a crash in Port Colborne, met with failure for a Niagara Falls driver.
Police arrested and charged 29 year old Trevor Johnson with impaired driving after a crash around 7:30 Saturday night on Main Street West.
Police say a pickup left the roadway, struck a number of concrete planters, a light post and a tree before coming to a stop.
A man and woman got out of the truck and attempted to walk away, but were followed by a witness who contacted police.
Fortunately there were no injuries.
