Niagara Falls student Harvard bound
A Niagara Falls high school student is off to the hallowed halls of Harvard.
Emily Hunter, a Grade 12 student at St. Mike's, is one of 938 students who gained early acceptance to the renowned Ivy League school.
Hunter scored in the 99th percentile when she took her SAT's in Grade 11.
Emily says the biggest misconception about attending Harvard is the cost.
She notes the school has a policy that all admitted students, even international students, will be able to attend regardless of their ability to pay.
