Niagara man facing charges after accidentally shooting himself in the foot
A Niagara man is facing charges after he accidentally shot himself in the foot during an argument in Windsor.
Police in Windsor were called to a home at noon on Saturday March 3rd after reports of shots fired.
There, they found a 24 year old man who gave police a false name while telling the cops he had been shot.
The investigation shows David McComb had been holding the gun when it accidentally went off.
He's now facing numerous firearms related charges and six counts of breaching recognizance.
Police have yet to find the gun.
