Last night council approved a motion for an third party investigation 'with all the power of a municipal ombudsman' as questions continue to swirl around the appointment of the region's CAO.
A recent article from the St. Catharines Standard claims that a document with information about other candidates vying for the position was leaked to Carmen D'Angelo, the man who eventually secured the job.
